How to Delete or Cancel an Appointment

Here's how you can Cancel an appointment:

  • From your ZenMaid dashboard, go to your Scheduling > Calendar View (or any view you prefer).

  • Go to the day the appointment you want to delete or cancel is scheduled.

  • Click on it to show the appointment details side panel.

  • To cancel, click the appointment status dropdown button and select Cancelled.

  • Canceling an appointment lets you keep all the data and information in case you need it for future reports.

  • IMPORTANT: Deleting appointments instead of canceling them will remove the records from the system, so we recommend you use the Cancel status to cancel appointments.

  • Click the Actions button, then hit the Delete option.

  • A pop-up box will appear in the middle of the page asking if you're certain you want to delete the appointment and all its associated data. Select Delete.
