Here's what to do when you want to delete or cancel a one time appointment.

  • Note that deleting will remove the records from the system so we recommend you use the Cancel status to just cancel appointments.
  • From your ZenMaid dashboard, go to your Scheduling > Calendar View (or any view you prefer).
  • Go to the day on which the appointment you want to delete or cancel is plotted.
  • Click on it to show the appointment details window to your right.
  • Click the Actions button then hit the Delete option.
  • Another pop-up box will appear at the top of the page. Select OK.
  • To cancel, just click the appointment status dropdown button to expand the menu and select Cancel.
