ZenMaid allows you to store specific client details using Contact Custom Fields.
You can easily store and reference the quoted prices within each client's profile. Here’s a step-by-step guide to make sure you never miss a beat:
If you haven’t created a Contact Custom Field for quoted prices yet, click the button below.
Name the new field something recognizable, like "Quoted Price."
Set the field type to Short or Long Text if you want space for quote details.
Click Save Changes.
Enter the Quoted Price In the Customer's Profile
On the left-hand menu, click on Contacts. Search for the specific client by name or add a new contact to your list. If the contact exists, then click Actions, then Edit.
In the client’s profile, scroll down to the Custom Fields section.
Enter the quoted price in the designated custom field.
Hit Save Changes to update the client’s profile.
Review the client’s profile to ensure the quoted price is correctly saved.
When looking at an appointment, you will be able to reference the Contact Custom Fields in the customer profile so that you can add the price to the financials section of an appointment.
Storing a quoted price in the client’s profile ensures all team members can access important pricing information quickly, reducing errors and maintaining transparency in client communications.
