Here we're going to show you how to cancel one appointment in a series of appointments for one customer.
From your Dashboard go to Calendar view and locate the appointment that you want to cancel, and click on it.
It will open a new pop-up window on the right side of the screen.
Click on the Status drop-down and Select Cancelled status.
This will open a new pop-up to offer you to notify customers and cleaners. Select which messages you would like to send and click on Send Notification button.
After you close this window cancelled appointment will not be shown on the calendar, since cancelled appointments are not meant to be shown on the calendar.
If a client cancels their service altogether, you will switch the recurring series Appointment Status from "Active" to "Cancelled" in the manage recurring series page. Click here to see Ways to Cancel or Delete a Recurring Service.
