How To Run Exports From ZenMaid

Summary:

  • You can export key business data such as appointments, assignments, charges, contacts, and cleaner information in CSV format. Reports are customizable and delivered by email, making it easy to analyze or share data. Only authorized users can access export features.


Appointments Export

There are two options to export appointment data:

1. From the scheduling page

  • Locate the calendar icon and select the Scheduling View of your preference.

  • Use the Actions button located at the top right part of the page and click Export data

  • Make sure you are on the Appointments tab before exporting the document.


2. From the reports page

  • Locate the Reports icon and select All Reports.

  • Click the Export Appointments button.


Export pop-up window

  • A new pop-up window will appear, with the attributes you can select to be exported.

  • Uncheck the boxes of information you don't need and update the timeframe to your desired range.

  • Click on the button and wait for the document to arrive as an email at your email address.


Assignments Export

There are two options to export assignment data:

1. From the scheduling page

  • Locate the calendar icon and select the Scheduling View of your preference.

  • Use the Actions button located at the top right part of the page and click Export data.

  • Make sure you are on the Assignments tab before exporting the document.


2. From the reports page

  • Locate the Reports icon and select All Reports.

  • Click the Export Assignments button.

  • A new pop-up window will appear, with the attributes you can select to be exported.

  • Uncheck the boxes of information you don't need and update the timeframe to your desired range.

  • Click on the button and wait for the document to arrive as an email at your email address.


Charges Export

There are two options to export charges data:

1. From the scheduling page

  • Locate the calendar icon and select the Scheduling View of your preference.

  • Use the Actions button located at the top right part of the page and click Export data.

  • Make sure you are on the Charges tab before exporting the document.


2. From the reports page

  • Locate the Reports icon and select All Reports.

  • Click the Export Charges button.

  • A new pop-up window will appear, with the attributes you can select to be exported.

  • Uncheck the boxes of information you don't need and update the timeframe to your desired range.

  • Click on the button and wait for the document to arrive as an email at your email address.


Cleaners Export

There are three options to export cleaners' data:

1. From the cleaners' page

  • Locate the cleaner icon and click on All Cleaners.

  • Click the Actions button and then Export data.


2. From the scheduling page

  • Locate the calendar icon and select the Scheduling View of your preference.

  • Use the Actions button located at the top right part of the page and click Export data.

  • Make sure you are on the Cleaners tab before exporting the document.


3. From the reports page

  • Locate the Reports icon and select All Reports.

  • Click the Export Cleaners button.

  • A new pop-up window will appear, with the attributes you can select to be exported.

  • Uncheck the boxes of information you don't need and update the timeframe to your desired range.

  • Click on the button and wait for the document to arrive as an email at your email address.


Contacts Export

There are three options to export contact data:

1. From the contacts page

  • Locate the cleaner icon and click on All Contacts.

  • Click the Actions button and then Export data.


2. From the scheduling page

  • Locate the calendar icon and select the Scheduling View of your preference.

  • Use the Actions button located at the top right part of the page and click Export data.

  • Make sure you are on the Contacts tab before exporting the document.


3. From the reports page

  • Locate the Reports icon and select All Reports.

  • Click the Export Contacts button.


Export pop-up window

  • A new pop-up window will appear, with the attributes you can select to be exported.

  • Uncheck the boxes of information you don't need and update the timeframe to your desired range.

  • Click on the button and wait for the document to arrive as an email at your email address.


Additional Notes

  • The exports will arrive at your email address.

  • You may export one report at a time.

  • The bigger the export, the longer it will take for the system to generate it.

  • Only the account owner and authorized office managers can run exports.

  • Exported CSV files can be customized in Excel to:

  1. Sort and filter data to focus on specific customers or cleaners.

  2. Apply formatting to highlight certain time ranges or values.

  3. Create charts or pivot tables to visualize the data in meaningful ways.
