Summary
In this article, you will learn how to check the bookings that are made from your booking form. You will also learn how to convert your booking inquiries to contacts or appointments. Once the person books, depending on how you set up the booking form and the information that the customer puts in will have a few options for you on the bookings dashboard.
Important
If the customer selected a recurring service while booking, you will not see the "Convert to Appointment" option. If, for any reason, you want to create a one-time appointment instead of a recurring service, you must first click "Convert to Subscription." After the subscription is created, you can cancel it and then manually create a one-time appointment under the customer.
Accessing And Understanding Bookings Tabs
On the dashboard, click on Bookings > All Bookings from the left side panel.
Managing Pending Booking Inquiries
On the Pending tab, select the desired booking entry.
Convert to Appointment means the customer selected a date and time for a one-time service and did not choose a recurring option. Clicking the Convert to Appointment button will add them as a one-time customer, and the appointment will appear on the calendar once.
Convert to Subscription means the customer selected a date and time for a recurring service, such as monthly or bi-weekly. Clicking the Convert to Subscription button will add them as a recurring customer, and the appointment will appear on the calendar multiple times based on their chosen frequency.
Convert to Lead means no date and time were selected or available on the booking form. Clicking the Convert to Lead button will add the customer as a lead. You can then create an appointment or an appointment series after contacting the customer.
Simply click on the Archive button if you wish to archive the booking inquiry.
