Go to “Settings” or the gear icon as shown below then go to “Notifications”

Choose “Work Order” 

Under “Body” input the following:

Notes

{{appointment.notes}}

{{appointment.customer_notes}} -> specific for any note that you placed in a customer

{{appointment.notes}} -> specific to the appointment itself
