What it does: Service Types let you create simple labels to categorize your jobs and keep your schedule organized.

What you can do today
Create, rename, and delete your own Service Types.
See the Service Type on an appointment’s sidebar.
Include the Service Type in appointment exports.
Coming soon: filtering by Service Type in the Schedule and Jobs views, plus basic reporting.
Create or edit Service Types
Go to Settings → Scheduling → Service types.
Click + New service type and type a name, like “Residential Standard,” “Move-Out,” or “Deep Clean.”
Press Save changes.
To edit a name, click into it, make your change, and Save changes.
To remove a type you no longer use, click the trash icon.
Appointments previously tagged will keep their historical label in exports.
Tips
Keep names short and specific so your team recognizes them at a glance.
Start with your top 3–5 job categories. You can add more later.
