  • Include the Service Type in appointment exports.

Coming soon: filtering by Service Type in the Schedule and Jobs views, plus basic reporting.

Create or edit Service Types

  • Go to Settings → Scheduling → Service types.

  • Click + New service type and type a name, like “Residential Standard,” “Move-Out,” or “Deep Clean.”

  • Press Save changes.

  • To edit a name, click into it, make your change, and Save changes.

To remove a type you no longer use, click the trash icon.

Appointments previously tagged will keep their historical label in exports.

Tips

  • Start with your top 3–5 job categories. You can add more later.

Best-practice setups

  • Simple residential shops:
Residential Standard, Deep Clean, Move-In/Out, Recurring Add-On

  • Mixed residential + commercial:
    Residential, Commercial, Post-Construction, Short-Term Rental

  • Teams that invoice differently:
    Flat-Rate, Hourly, Per-Room, Specialty
