Step 1: How to Set Up Property Access and Key Pick-Up Reminders
Navigate to the customer’s profile.
Click Edit Profile.
Scroll to the Location Details section.
The following options will be available:
Property Access Information: Select whether keys need to be picked up from or returned to the office.
Access Notes: Enter any special access instructions (e.g., keypad code, gate instructions, parking details).
Don't forget to save your changes!
Step 2: How Your Office Can Access Property Information
Property access details appear in the appointment sidebar, next to the service address.
To view the selected property access options for the service address, simply click the key icon.
How to Enable Key Pick-Up and Drop-Off Reminders
Navigate to the Settings section.
Select Email & SMS notifications.
Locate the Key Pick Up Reminder and Key Drop Off Reminder templates.
Select either SMS template to customize the reminder message, and when it's sent.
Save your changes.

There is a maximum of 156 characters allowed.
How to Create Must-Read Notes:
Open the appointment or customer profile where you want to add a note.
Enter your note in the designated field.
Check the box labeled "Must Read" to highlight its importance.
Save the note.
