To start using the Celebration Reminders feature, go to Settings > Celebration Reminders under Communications. Or, simply click here.

On the next page, you will see the option to turn on Celebration Reminders for:

On the same page, if you scroll down, you'll be able to manage the celebrations for your customers and your cleaners.

To edit the dates for your customers or cleaners, you can simply click the pencil icon, or do it on each profile as shown below:

The celebrations will only appear on the following views:

If you use any other, and you want to celebrate your customers or cleaners, you'll have to visit one of the above-mentioned views once in a while.

The celebration reminders will appear on top of the schedule, in the Tasks section:

To know more about the celebration, click on it and a pop-up window will appear:

If you want to send a nice email to your customer or cleaner, click the email icon and your email app will open a draft email which you can edit at your convenience.

You can customize the email as much (or as little) as you want, and then simply hit the send button!

The process of celebrating your cleaner's anniversary, or a birthday, either for a customer or a cleaner, is the same; the only thing that changes is the email template used.
