How to Manage Your Bookings

Here's how you can manage all the Bookings you receive through your Booking Form

Receiving a new Booking!

Depending on the customer's selection on the Booking Form, you will be able to convert the booking into an appointment or convert the booking into a Lead customer.

Convert Booking to Appointment:

  • If the customer selected an exact date and time in the Booking Form, you will be able to convert that booking into an appointment, which will then add it automatically in your calendar for the time and date selected when you click on Convert to Appointment.

  • You can also choose to Archive the Booking if you do not want to add it to the calendar or do not have availability. You can always contact the customer to reschedule the date and time they selected.

Convert Booking to Subscriptions:

  • If the customer selected a recurrence option aside from the date and time, you will be able to convert that booking into a subscription, which then adds the booking as a series of recurring appointments to your calendar with the recurrence, date, and time the customer selected

Convert Booking to Lead:

  • If the customer does not specify the date and time in the booking form, you will still get the Booking but only with the option for Convert to Lead. This option will add the customer to your Contacts list with all the information they filled in the booking form. This is perfect for working directly with the customer to schedule the most convenient time for them and you.

  • You can also finish editing the booking information in case you contacted the customer and finished scheduling an appointment for them.

  • Once you Convert to Lead you will see the customer in the Contacts list as Lead.

Getting Notified about Bookings!

  • To get notified via Email & Text about new bookings, select the option in the Settings tab when editing the Booking Form.

  • Aside from Email & Text notifications, you also get a notification from the mobile App if you are logged in.

Checking all Bookings!

  • You will have a tab for Pending, Confirmed, and Archived Bookings. You can also search for specific Bookings. It will also show you how many Bookings you got this week.
