This shows how you can see if your text and email reminders were sent successfully.
Calendar View
From your dashboard, go to your Calendar.
Pick an appointment that you'd like to check and click on it.
Scroll down and click on the Comm. tab.
This tab will show you what email and text reminders were sent, or are pending to be sent to cleaners/customers on that appointment.
It will also let you know if either your customer on that appointment, or an assigned cleaner, doesn't have a phone number or an email on file to send reminders to.
Contact's Profile
From your ZenMaid dashboard, go to Contacts > All Contacts.
Find the customer using the search bar. Click on the customer's name from the search result.
On your customer's profile, click on the Actions button and select Show all appointments.
On the next page, select which appointment you'd like to view the notifications that were sent.
Click on the Actions button again then select Today's Emails/Texts.
