This shows how you can see if your text and email reminders were sent successfully.
- From your dashboard, go to your Calendar.
- Pick an appointment that you'd like to check and click on it.
- Scroll down and click on the Comm. tab.
- This tab will show you what email and text reminders were sent, or are pending to be sent to employees/customers on that appointment.
- It will also let you know if either your customer on that appointment, or an assigned employee, doesn't have a phone number or an email on file to send reminders to.
- From your ZenMaid dashboard, go to Contacts > All Contacts.
- Find the customer using the search bar. Click on the customer's name from the search result.
- On your customer's profile, click on the Actions button and select Show all appointments.
- On the next page, select which appointment you'd like to view the notifications that were sent.
- Click on the Actions button again then select Today's Emails/Texts.
