Summary
Refreshing your Zenmaid Mobile App is simple and allows you to sync updates made from the desktop. Just follow these three easy methods.
Resetting App Permissions
Method 1
Log out of the ZenMaid app, close the app from running (do not delete the app), and launch the app fresh to log back in.
To do so, click MORE (...) then PROFILE in the app. At the top right will be the LOG OUT button. Close the ZenMaid App by swiping up (or clicking the menu to close the app), reopen it, and log back in to get the latest update.
All permissions, like clock-in/out buttons, will show after completing these steps.
Please forward these steps to your cleaner(s) if they're experiencing an issue with the clock-in/clock-out buttons not appearing.
Updating the Calendar
Method 2
You can click on any date on the Calendar screen to pull the newest appointment data.
