The ZenMaid mobile app is perfect for quick, on-the-go updates, keeping you connected wherever you are. But if you’re looking for a more comprehensive, desktop-like experience on your mobile device, we've got you covered! Follow along, and we’ll show you how to access the full ZenMaid site directly from your mobile device.

You can use the following link to log in to your profile on a mobile device through the Chrome browser.

When you first open the ZenMaid website on your mobile device, you'll land on the List View—a compact, user-friendly layout designed for easy navigation on smaller screens.

In the top right corner of ZenMaid, you'll find a three-line menu icon. Tap it to access all pages and features easily.

From here, you can access all the features and pages available to you, right from your mobile device.

If you’d prefer a different layout for a larger screen that can handle more content, you can select the 'Request Desktop View' feature in Chrome. This will bring up the familiar desktop layout you're used to.

While logged into ZenMaid, click on the three horizontal dots in the right-side corner.

When the menu appears on the bottom half of your screen, scroll down to see more options.

Next, select the 'Request desktop site' option. This will redirect you to the full desktop version of ZenMaid.

Using the desktop view on the ZenMaid site provides a familiar experience, with all features and pages just as they appear on your PC or Mac.

When viewing the full website on a mobile device, some pages may be easier to navigate by turning your device horizontally for landscape view.

As with the desktop site, office managers won’t have access to the Plan and Billing page.
