As we know that often you are on the field and you need to review quickly your availability or provide a potential customer with a quote, we offer you the possibility of accessing ZenMaid from your device's browser, instead of the ZenMaid app.

ZenMaid Mobile Version Overview

  • Open your browser (preferably Chrome) and go to https://app.zenmaid.com/sign_in.

  • Type in your login details to access your account.

  • Once you are logged in, you'll land on the Appointments page, which is similar to the List View.

  • If you click the button on the top right part, you'll get a list of all the features you have access to:

ZenMaid Desktop Version Overview

As a side option, you can also request the desktop version on your browser so the layout is as similar as possible to ZenMaid on a PC/laptop.

  • Locate the three-dot icon and click on it. You will most likely find it at the bottom or top of the page, it depends on your browser.

  • A pop-up window will appear, find the Request Desktop Site option and click on it.

  • Your browser will refresh and the layout will be similar to the version you get on a PC/laptop, here's a comparison:

Additional Notes

  • The instructions may vary a little depending on your device and browser.

  • These options are available for office managers and account owners.

  • These versions work better either on Google Chrome or Firefox. If you use Safari or any other browser, your app might not work at its fullest capacity.
