This article shows the step-by-step instructions on how you can charge multiple credit cards in one go using the List View calendar mode.
First, make sure that your credit card integration is set up. If not, read this article first: Connecting A Credit Card Processor to ZenMaid
Once your Stripe integration is done, you may now start charging one or more customer credit cards by going to Scheduling > List View.
Next, use the appointment filters to filter out the appointments you want to charge your customer/s for. Make sure you hit the Show button.
After that, go down and tick the checkboxes of the appointments you want charged.
Take note that you can only charge a customer's credit card if you have their credit card information in ZenMaid.
Appointments that have a customer's credit card linked with them will show a card icon just like below.
Once you've selected all applicable appointments you want to process payment, go back to the top and click on the Bulk Actions button.
Then, select Charge Credit Cards on the drop down options.
If the Charge Credit Cards option is grayed out, it might mean that you've selected one or more appointments that you don't have a credit card record for or it is possible that your Stripe/ZenMaid integration isn't yet set up or needs to be reconnected.
