- Click on Contacts then select All contacts.
- Using the search bar, search for the customer.
- Click on the customer's name on the results to go in his/her profile.
- Click on the Actions button then select Add Appointment.
- Fill in the necessary items such as, but is not limited to, the time and recurrence, the address, and the cleaner assigned
- Hit the Create Appointment when done.
