How to Create Custom Fields for Cleaners

Summary:

  • In case you need to add more information to your cleaners' profile that is not shown by default, you can do so by adding Cleaner Custom Fields.

  • Here you will learn how to quickly add Cleaner Custom Fields to the cleaner's profile.

  • Go to Settings and under Cleaners click on Custom Fields.

  • Click on the button + Add Cleaner Custom Field.

  • Name the custom field using the Name field. For example, Cleaner Call Out Log.

  • Select which type of entry field you would like to use in the drop-down menu.

  • Once done, click on the Create Field button.

  • You will see all Custom Fields in the Notes & Custom Fields section of the cleaner's profile.

  • You can also edit the existing custom fields by going to Edit under the Actions button in the cleaner's profile.
