Sometimes you might notice that the text in the body of the appointment follow-up email template, has varied types of fonts or even just a type of font the client might want to change
Select the entire text, and then click on Reset to Default under the Text Color option
This will ensure the text's color in the entire body is the same. Then set it to Black
Then copy the entirety of the text and paste it into a Google Doc or Word Document. This will make the changes in the type of font much easier. You can change it to Arial font or any other you want
Then just copy the text and paste it right back into the email template
