This article shows how you can edit fonts in the emails sent from ZenMaid

Sometimes you might notice that the text in the body of the appointment follow-up email template, has varied types of fonts or even just a type of font the client might want to change

Select the entire text, and then click on Reset to Default under the Text Color option

This will ensure the text's color in the entire body is the same. Then set it to Black

Then copy the entirety of the text and paste it into a Google Doc or Word Document. This will make the changes in the type of font much easier. You can change it to Arial font or any other you want

Then just copy the text and paste it right back into the email template
