Summary

  • You can create and fully customize an Estimate or Quote Form instead of a Booking Form by editing titles, rearranging fields, adding custom questions, and adjusting settings for appearance, pricing, and confirmation messages.

Side Note:

  • Click any GIF to view it in full screen.

Accessing the Booking Form

  • From your ZenMaid Dashboard, hover over the Bookings tab on the left-hand menu.

  • When the submenu appears, click Booking Form to open your form settings.

  • From the All Booking Forms page, you can create a new form by clicking New Booking Form in the upper-right corner, or edit an existing one by selecting Edit next to the form you want to update.

Customizing the Booking Form

Creating and editing your quote or estimate form:

  • Click the Edit icon beside any title or phrase to rename it (e.g., “Get Your Free Estimate Now!”), then click Save.

  • Rearrange or remove fields by clicking the Move icon and dragging them between your form and the right sidebar.

  • To collect additional details, drag in a Custom Question field. This accepts open-text input only. Dropdown options can be configured separately in Account Settings.

Use the top tabs to refine your quote or estimate form:

  • Sidebar - Add short selling points such as “We’re Eco-Friendly” or “We Love Pets.”

  • Pricing - Hide or show prices.

  • Appearance - Change colors, icons, and preview the layout.

  • Settings - Adjust form behavior.

  • Confirmation - Edit the message customers see after submission.

  • When finished, preview your form to ensure it aligns with your brand and communication style.
