Option 1: Appointments
To check the notes left by your cleaner for a specific appointment in ZenMaid, follow the steps below.
Go to the Calendar View from your ZenMaid dashboard.
Click on the appointment you want to review. This will open the appointment sidebar.
Navigate to the Notes section.
In the Notes section, you can view any notes your cleaner has left about the job.

Option 2: Notifications
When a cleaner adds a note from the app, you will get a notification on the bottom left. Look for the 🔔 symbol.

Cleaner's View:
Cleaners can view public notes in the mobile app but cannot edit them. They can only edit the notes they've added by clicking the three dots at the top right corner of their note.
Then, they will get a menu of what edits they would like to make:
