Troubleshoot Step 1 - Teams
Accessing Teams On The Appointment
From your calendar, select an appointment.
On the appointment, choose Assign.
You will find the dropdown option for teams on the left-hand side.
Side Note:
If you assign a team to an appointment and the color doesn't change, or it's not the desired color, make sure that the group is assigned as a team, rather than just as the individual cleaners that make up that team.
If you've already assigned a team, but the color doesn't change, try the steps below.
