Appointment Custom Fields

  • Appointment custom fields are fields you create to write appointment-specific data. These custom fields will show up with each appointment you create. You will find your Appointment Custom Fields in the Appointment Custom Field section of the appointment sidebar.

  • This makes Appointment Custom Fields ideal for information that might change between appointments for a customer, since these fields are editable for each appointment.

  • Appointment Custom Fields are only visible in the appointment sidebar.

  • To create Appointment Custom Fields, you need to go to Settings > Appointment Custom Fields under Scheduling

Contact Custom Fields:

  • Contact Custom Fields are fields you create to record data on your customer's profile. When you input or edit something on your customer's records, that information will be readily available whenever you create an appointment, such as bedrooms/bathrooms, entry, etc.

  • To quickly access the Contact Custom Fields from the appointment sidebar, click on View Details next to the customer's name, and a second panel will open. You will find the Contact Custom Field section in that new panel.

  • Contact Custom Fields are also visible in the customer's profile

  • Contact Custom Fields are ideal for information directly related to the customer, which always remains the same between appointments.
