Accessing Zapier

  • On the All Integrations page, under Your Settings, you can access Zapier directly from your ZenMaid account.

Additional Information

  • Automatically importing leads/appointments into ZenMaid from apps like HomeAdvisor, Google Calendar, or iCal is not possible. The app must integrate with Zapier.

  • If your software does not connect with Zapier, and an export can be run, our team can take that data export and add the information to your ZenMaid account.

  • Note that the 'Booking Created' trigger in ZenMaid's Zapier integration only works with bookings submitted through the Booking Form. Standard appointments or unrelated submissions will not activate this trigger.


Best Practices for ZenMaid and Zapier Workflows

  • Validate Data Mapping: Check that all fields in the Zap workflow are correctly mapped to their intended destinations in ZenMaid.

  • Run Regular Tests: Periodically test Zap workflows to verify they function as expected.

  • Document Integration Changes: Maintain records of any updates or changes made to Zap configurations.

  • Seek Help When Needed: Contact ZenMaid or Zapier support for assistance if troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue.
