One of our maid service owners shows us how he makes a key list for the appointments for the next day without having to click on every appointment.
From your ZenMaid dashboard, go to Settings and select Custom Fields
On the next page, locate the Appointment Custom Fields section, click on the button + Add Appointment Custom Field and create a new custom field called "Key".
After that fill, locate appointments, or manage a recurring service and enter in the key number for each customer which you have a key for their house. Use a searchable term when entering the information like "Key #".
Using this method, you will be able to prepare all physical house keys for homes that need to be handed out the night before scheduled appointments.
You just need to search for the key # field for a certain date, as shown in the picture below.
Listed will be all homes that have a key.
Click the arrow to open the appointment to see the details.
You can close each appointment that you open using the close button at the top all while staying in the List View.
