Method 1: Stripe or Square

Using a credit card processor such as Stripe or Square, you can automatically send payment receipts once the customer pays for their ZenMaid Invoice or you charge the card on file.

Method 2: Paid Invoice

Once you have marked the invoice as PAID, you can quickly resend it to the customer, who will receive a window stating that the invoice has been paid.

Method 3: PayPal email receipts

If your customers pay via PayPal, they will automatically receive an electronic receipt from PayPal in their email inbox.

Method 4: Zelle Payment Receipt

Customers who want a Zelle Payment Receipt can do this through their banking app or online banking account, where they will typically find a transaction history or activity section. Within this section, users can locate the specific payment they require a receipt and download or print it for their records. The digital format offered by the Zelle Payment Receipt ensures easy storage, retrieval, and sharing when necessary.

Method 5: Venmo Receipt

After completing the transaction, you can enter their email address in your Venmo app to send them a digital receipt. This receipt will include transaction details, including any sales tax applied, contact info for your business, and a QR code that the client can share with you if they need to request a refund.

Method 6: Cash App Receipts

Receipts in Cash App are handled as monthly statements, which will become available within 5 business days of the end of the month.

If your customers want to view their monthly statements in-app, you can send them the steps below:

  1. Tap the Profile icon on your Cash App home screen

  2. Select Document

  3. Tap Account Statements

This statement will contain your starting and ending balance for the month, fees, transaction history, and direct deposit details.
