If you are using Estimate Confirmation Email templates, here's how you can set those:
From your Dashboard go to Settings > Emails & SMS notifications under Communications
Locate the Estimate Confirmation email template under Invoice and Estimates
There will be a section with examples of variables that can be used for these templates.
However, there is a list of variables that DO NOT WORK with Estimate Confirmation Email templates:
