This article will show you all the notifications available on ZenMaid.

This article will show you all the notifications available on ZenMaid. There are some that can be toggled on or off, and some that will be required by default.

This is a list of notification settings that you can toggle on or off & who is notified:

Owner/Office Manager will be notified when:

  • Cleaner clocks in

  • Cleaner clocks out

  • Cleaner is on the way

Cleaners will be notified when:

  • Cleaner didn't clock in after 30 min

  • Cleaner didn't clock out after 30 min

  • Reminder to clock in

  • Reminder to clock out

This is a list of required notification settings that cannot be toggled on or off & who is notified:

Owner/Office Manager will be notified when:

  • Cleaner adds employee note

  • Cleaner edits employee note

  • Cleaner accepted invitation

  • Cleaner made an offer after invitation

  • Cleaner declined invitation

  • Invoice payment received

  • Invoice payment failed

  • New booking via the ZenMaid instant booking form

  • SMS delivery issue

  • Email bounced (spam or wrong email)

  • ZenMaid Maid Summit

  • Appointment is canceled

Cleaners will be notified when:

  • Appointment is changed
