Here's a workaround for creating appointments for work beside cleaning appointments so your employees still get paid for these work-related appointments.

  • From your Zenmaid dashboard, go to your Contacts > Add New Contact.
  • Name the new contact so it's related to the work-related tasks your cleaners do.
  • Don't forget to save your new contact.
  • Next, create a new appointment using the contact you just created and plot it on the date and time your employee/s need/s to do it.
  • Don't forget to assign the appointment to the employee.
  • You can also make it as a repeating appointment if this task is recurring.
  • Click on the Create appointment button after finalizing.
