Here's how you can apply for a tax exemption by adding a new tax rate of 0%.
Step 1 - Setting Up A New Tax Rate
Click on the + Add another primary tax rate button.
Add a name under the Label field and leave the Rate as 0 (for 0%).
To Note:
If you have a Secondary Tax Rate set up, make sure you add another one under this section with the same 0 rate.
Don't forget to hit the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.
Step 2 - Applying The Tax Exemption Rate
For every appointment you need to be tax-exempt, go to the appointment's financials section and toggle between the new tax rate you created.
