Here's how to download a report with a breakdown of the Scheduled Hours and Clocked Hours respectively of your cleaners.

  • Click on Reports from your dashboard and then on All Reports.

  • On the Hours section. you may either choose to view the breakdown of Worked Hours per Customer & Cleaner report (which is based on scheduled times) or the breakdown of Clocked Hours per Customer & Cleaner (which is based on clock times).

Worked Hours per Customer & Cleaner

  • On the pop-up window, select your desired timeframe for the report.

  • You will get a csv. file with a breakdown of all the hours scheduled for each cleaner to each customer.

  • The hours will be in decimal values (i.e. 2.5 hours means 2 hours and 30 minutes).

  • If you need to convert the decimal values into minutes, just take the decimal number and multiply it by 60 (i.e. 6.85 hours would be equal to => 0.85*60 = 51. So it would be 6 hours and 51 minutes).

  • Select Export the hours worked in one column only to receive the report with your cleaners in a single column.

  • Click on Export to csv. to download the file.

Clocked Hours per Customer & Cleaner

  • If you select One column only, you will get a csv. file with the sum of all hours worked by ALL employees based on their clocked times.

  • If you select Grid format, you will get a csv. file with the sum of all hours worked by EACH employee.

  • Click on Export to csv. to download the file.
