With a few clicks, you can replace a cleaner from every appointment they are assigned to. This feature will deactivate the active cleaner that is getting replaced with a cleaner from the inactivated list.
From your dashboard, click on Cleaners > All Cleaners.
Select the cleaner you'll be replacing.
Once on the cleaner profile, expand the top right menu. Click on Actions > Replace "Cleaner name".
A pop-up window will appear.
Beneath the field "Replace <Cleaner Name> with...", you may select:
"A new cleaner created using the information below.." option where you would need to enter the new cleaner details such as First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Email.
Or you may expand the drop-down menu and select which existing inactive cleaner you'd like to replace the previous cleaner with.
Click on the button "Replace <Cleaner Name> with the new cleaner above".
Note that it will deactivate the cleaner that you're replacing.
