How To Replace A Cleaner On All Appointments With A Different Cleaner

Reassigning every cleanings of an cleaner

With a few clicks, you can replace a cleaner from every appointment they are assigned to. This feature will deactivate the active cleaner that is getting replaced with a cleaner from the inactivated list.

  • From your dashboard, click on Cleaners > All Cleaners.

  • Select the cleaner you'll be replacing.

  • Once on the cleaner profile, expand the top right menu. Click on Actions > Replace "Cleaner name".

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Beneath the field "Replace <Cleaner Name> with...", you may select:

    • "A new cleaner created using the information below.." option where you would need to enter the new cleaner details such as First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Email.

    • Or you may expand the drop-down menu and select which existing inactive cleaner you'd like to replace the previous cleaner with.

  • Click on the button "Replace <Cleaner Name> with the new cleaner above".

  • Note that it will deactivate the cleaner that you're replacing.
