How to add Work Items via Job Estimation

Here is a step-by-step walkthrough on how to add Work Items.

  • Log in to your ZenMaid account.

  • Go to Settings > Scheduling > Job Estimation and work items.

  • When the Job  Estimation page is open, click on Add Work Item under the section called Work Items:

  • A new line will pop up where you can add your work item. Example: "Baseboards".

  • In the section "Cost" you can add your desired price.

  • You can also arrange the order in which they appear.

    • When you're done, scroll down the page and click on Save Changes.

  • Create a new appointment. You will see under "Work items" the item that you've added with the price written next to it. Depending on your settings, the cleaner may or may not be able to see the prices.

  • If you have set the cost of that work item, it will automatically add up to your estimate.
