Have your cleaner log in to the account that you granted. To set up a cleaner's account and let them clock-in and clock-out read this article
From the dashboard, click the Clock In/Out button.
Select the appointment you are clocking in for by expanding the drop down menu under the Appointment field.
Input the clock in and out times on the space provided as highlighted below.
When done, click “Save”.

Select the appointment for which you want to clock-in
Press on the clock-in button once you arrive and then clock-out when you are done with the appointment. Clocked times cannot be edited from the mobile app.
Clock In/Out Troubleshooting:
When a cleaner clocks in via the website, it's best that they input the clock-out time there. Otherwise the clock-in time will revert back to the start time of the appointment.
