- From your ZenMaid dashboard, go to Scheduling > Calendar View.
- Select and click the recurring service you wish to edit the default notes for.
- Once the appointment details window opens at the right side of the screen, click on Actions > Manage recurring service buttons.
- On the Manage Recurring Service page, find the section Default Appointment Information.
- Under Notes, click the Change Work Items, Custom Fields & Notes.. button.
- On the pop-up window, fill out or edit the contents within the Notes field.
- Under step 2, select which date you want the changes in notes to take effect.
- Finally, click on the Change service details for the cleanings selected button.
