Here's how you can edit one appointment of a recurring series.

Through Calendar View

  • From your ZenMaid dashboard, go to your calendar.
  • Identify and click on the recurring service.
  • Click on the Actions button from the appointment window and select Manage recurring service.
  • On the next page, scroll to the bottom until you see the Cleanings scheduled for this recurring service section.
  • Identify which specific appointment you need to edit and click the Edit button beside it.
  • An Edit Appointment window will pop up.
  • Once you're done entering your changes to this specific appointment, hit the Save Changes button. This will only affect that specific appointment you clicked edit on.

Through Contacts

  • From your ZenMaid dashboard, go to Contacts > All Contacts.
  • Find the customer using the search bar. Identify and click on your customer's name from the search results.
  • Once you're on your contact's profile, scroll until the Scheduled Services - [Customer's Name]. This will show you all the appointment sets for this customer.
  • Identify which recurring service you need to edit from and click on the Manage Recurring Service button beside it.
  • On the next page, scroll to the bottom until you see the Cleanings scheduled for this recurring service section.
  • Identify which specific appointment you need to edit and click the Edit button beside it.
  • An Edit Appointment window will pop up.
  • Once you're done entering your changes to this specific appointment, hit the Save Changes button. This will only affect that specific appointment you clicked edit on.
