Two Ways to Schedule Recurring Appointments with Different Details

Through Calendar View

  1. Click the appointment you wish to modify
  2. Click "Actions" and then "Manage Recurring Service"

3. At the bottom part of the page, you will see the cleaning schedules for that particular recurring service

4. By clicking the "Edit" on the Link column this box will show 

       enabling you to edit the things you want to modify. You can change anything and        it will only affect that specific appointment

Through Contacts

  1. Click the "Contacts" icon and then click "All Contacts

2. Find the customer whose appointment you wish to modify

3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Manage Recurring Dervice"

4. At the bottom part of the page, you will see the cleaning schedules for that                    particular recurring service

5. By clicking the "Edit" on the Link column this box will show 

       enabling you to edit the things you want to modify. You can change anything and         it will only affect that specific appointment
