Here are different ways on how you can create your ZenMaid teams.
2 Ways to Create a New Team
Via Settings
From your ZenMaid dashboard, click on Settings > Cleaners > Teams.
Click “+ Add Team”.
Put the Team name on the blank field provided. The team color can be changed according to your preference.
Underneath the team name field, check the box beside the cleaners you want to be included in the team.
Don't forget to hit the Save Changes button at the bottom.
Via cleaners
From your ZenMaid dashboard, go to Cleaners then click the option Add new team.
Click “+ Add Team”.
Put the Team name on the blank provided. The team color can be changed according to your preference.
Underneath the team name field, check the box beside the cleaners you want to be included in the team.
Don't forget to hit the Save Changes button at the bottom.
Tips:
The team will only have one color displayed for the appointment even though the cleaners have their own individual colors. Instead of split colors, the appointment will show the cleaners' initials.
