Review account settings so that ZenMaid is optimized for your business

  • Locate the Settings ⚙️ icon on the bottom left of your account.

  • Under Account, you update your Personal details, Business details, Time zone & Date/time format and check your Plan and billing.

  • Under Personal Details, you can update your login email, phone number, name, language, and change your password.

  • Under Business Details, you can update all information regarding your company.

  • Under Plan and Billing, there you can check multiple things such as:

    • You can see your current plan, cancel your plan, or ask to be downgraded to the free plan.

    • You can check how many SMS you have left, and toggle the option for SMS credits auto-renewal.

    • You can add a Primary and Secondary credit cards.

    • You can check your Billing details.

    • You can see all your past invoices.

  • Under Country, time zone & date/time format, you can set your time zone and switch the frequency of the report email. The frequency can only be changed on the paid plan.
