How to install a Booking Form on your website

This article explains how to install your booking form on your website. The ZenMaid booking form is a powerful tool that allows your potential clients to easily book your services or request service quotes online. It provides a convenient and professional way to manage bookings and enhance customer experience.

There are two main approaches to integrating the ZenMaid booking form into your website: embedding it directly within your site's HTML or linking users to the form hosted on ZenMaid's platform.


  • From your Dashboard, go to Bookings > All Bookings Forms

  • If you haven't set up your booking form, you could do it by selecting the New booking form button, and then selecting what you want your booking form to look like, or you could contact our team to do it for you. Also, if you need to you can edit your existing booking form by clicking on the Edit Form button and make the changes you want.

  • When your booking form is set up, you will find the Install on options on the right side of the panel. Click on the one that says Website.

  • There are 2 ways to install a booking form on your website:

  1. Basic Install - To install the form iframe on your website, just copy/paste the code on your booking page. Before proceeding, ensure you have customized your booking form in ZenMaid to match your services and branding. You can retrieve step-by-step instructions or video tutorials provided by ZenMaid to assist in obtaining the embed code.

Note: In case your Booking Form looks cropped, replace the current height with a larger value in the booking form code you installed on your website.

  1. Advanced Install - Enables more display options (pop-ups, responsive container). To install those, you only need to copy/paste the codes on your booking page, or on the page of your website where you want the form to be accessed. Alternatively, you can choose to link users directly to the ZenMaid-hosted form using a unique URL. Simply obtain the URL from ZenMaid and place it as a hyperlink on your website, in a button or text link labeled "Book Now" or "Get a Quote."

Then you can choose if you want a link/button or container on your website.

A - If you want a link or button to open the form it needs to link to #zenmaid-booking-forms, so you could just copy/paste the link:

B - If you want a form to be automatically loaded in a container, chose option B and copy/paste that code.

Note: The Advanced Installation does not work on all website builders. You can try it, but you may need to use the basic install if it doesn't work. We're aware that it does not work on Squarespace, Wix, and GoDaddy. Tips for Optimizing Customer Experience

  • Mobile-Friendly Design: Ensure the booking form or linked page is mobile-friendly for users accessing your website from smartphones.

  • Clear Call-to-Action: Use clear and attractive elements like buttons with text such as "Book Now" or "Get a Quote" to direct users effectively.

  • Test the Form Regularly: Periodically check for functionality issues to maintain a smooth booking experience.
