How to add Work Items via Job Estimation

Here is a step-by-step walkthrough on how to add Work Items.

  • Locate the settings icon and click it.

  • On the next page, under Scheduling click Job Estimation and work items.

  • Under the Work items title, you'll see the Add work item button, click it and a new item will appear on top of the list.

  • Update the new item name and on the cost part, you can put the price for the work item.

  • For example:

  • Using the icon present at the left part of each work item, you can rearrange the order of your work items list.

  • Once you finish, make sure to click the Save Changes button at the end of the page.


Additional Notes

  • Work items can either be added on the job estimation and work items page or when you add a new one on your booking form.

  • If you use the "Automatically Estimate Amount Owed" on an appointment, this will also take into consideration work items and their prices.
