When you cancel an appointment, there are times when you want to note the reason for cancellation. Here is a step by step on how to document this data:

1.- Go to Schedule and click on the appointment you'll like to cancel.

2.- Click on "Action" button and >Edit this appointment

3.- Scroll down to Notes and add the Reason of Cancellation

4.-  Then Scroll up and change the status from Active to Cancelled 

5.- Then just Save Changes and that's it!
