Summary:
Appointment Notes are included in the default template of the Email Work Orders.
You can also add Customer Notes to your Work Order Emails. They are added through Variables.
Adding Notes to the Work Orders
Click on Settings and then Emails & SMS notifications under Communications.
Locate the Work Order Email
On the Body section of the template input the following variables:
Notes
{{appointment.customer_notes}} -> specific for any note that you placed in a customer
{{appointment.notes}} -> specific to the appointment itself
