Click on the heart icon (Employees) > select “All Employees” 

Select the employee you wish to give access and click on the employee’s name

Click on “Actions” dropdown button and then select “Edit”

Tick on the box that says “Allow this employee to sign in and view their schedule?”

Input the employee’s email

Create a password for the employee

Tick the box that says ”Allow this employee to log their time in the system?”

Hit “Save Changes”
