When you receive a new booking, four things happen:

  1.  You get a notification both on the ZenMaid webapp (the website) and on the mobile app.
  2. You get notified by email.
  3. Your customer gets a text reminder if you activated them and they booked using their phone number. You can edit this text in your Text templates (booking confirmation).
  4. Your customers gets an email reminder if you activated them and they booked using their email. You can edit this email in your Email templates (booking confirmation).
