Go to “Contacts” > select “All Contacts

Select on the customer with “Unpaid Balance” and then click on the name of the customer

Click on “Actions” > select “Update Customer Balance”

Tick the box

Click on the “Bulk Action” drop down button > choose “Select All”

Click on “Bulk Actions” again > select “Mark as: Paid”

Note: It takes 24 hours for the system to update the balance

Another way

Go to “Calendar View

Click on the “Actions” drop down button > select “Send Work Orders”

Click on “Print Work Orders”

Select the schedule you wish to print on the button below

Select whether you want to print the schedule by “employee” or by “teams”

Click on “Print Work Order”

Another way is to “Print Route Sheet”

Go to “Calendar View

Click on the “Actions” drop down button > select “Print Route Sheets”

Select the schedule you wish to print on the button below

Note: It takes 24 hours for the system to update the balance

Hit “Generate Route Sheets”
