From your calendar, click on the one-time appointment you wish to change the default cleaner.

Once the appointment details in the sidebar that opens once you click on the appointment, click on the “Assign” button.

On the new pop-up window, you may expand the team selection drop-down under the Team field and add a team to assign.

You may also check/uncheck the tick boxes beside each cleaner's name.

Once you're all done with your cleaner assignment additions/replacements, you may click on Assign Cleaners button.
