Here's what to do when you want to delete one appointment from a series of recurring services.
From your ZenMaid dashboard, go to your Scheduling > Calendar View (or any view you prefer).
Go to the day on which the one appointment in a series you want to delete is plotted.
Click on it to show the appointment details window to your right.
Click the Actions button then hit the Delete option.
Another pop-up box will appear at the top of the page. Select OK.
Rest assured that this will not delete the entire recurring service. This will only delete that one appointment you pressed delete on.
